ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ АКАДЕМІЧНОЇ ДОБРОЧЕСНОСТІ ПІД ЧАС ДИСТАНЦІЙНИХ ЗАНЯТЬ З ОТОРИНОЛАРИНГОЛОГІЇ В УМОВАХ НЕОБМЕЖЕНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ (БІБЛІОГРАФІЧНИЙ ОГЛЯД, ВЛАСНИЙ ДОСВІД)

Анотація
У статті представлено аналіз літературних даних та власного досвіду кафедри ЛОР-хвороб ВНМУ ім. М. І. Пирогова (м. Вінниця, Україна) щодо особливостей організації навчального процесу з клінічних дисциплін в умовах воєнного стану в тилових вищих медичних навчальних закладах. Особлива увага звертається на недоліки дистанційного навчання і шляхи їх усунення, принципи оптимізації теоретичної і практичної підготовки, а також підтримки академічної доброчесності під час проведення дистанційних занять в епоху необмеженого використання технологій телесуфлерування і deepfake-технологій в реальному часі на базі штучного інтелекту. В роботі аналізуються методи контролю за зловживанням використання штучного інтелекту та різних видів шахрайства під час опитування здобувачів вищої освіти на дистанційному етапі навчання. Детально аналізуються ланки взаємодії викладача і студента, можливі шляхи шахрайства, а також різні види протидії та її ефективність, що змінюється з часом. В публікації описано основні принципи професійного гібридного прокторингу: ШІ-моніторинг з розпізнаванням обличчя, автоматичним аналізом середовища завдяки відеокамерам‑360°, звуків і рухів в т.ч. очей, детекцією додаткових вікон браузера з блокуванням робочого столу; принципи оцінки «рівня довіри» до відповіді; особливості спостереження людиною у реальному часі через вебкамеру та мікрофон (Live Proctoring); застосування різного рівня абстракції тестів в т.ч. ілюстративних, психометричних тестів з переходом від перевірки пам'яті до перевірки наступних рівнів компетентності та критичного мислення; рандомізоване створення унікальних індивідуальних наборів завдань. Звернуто увагу на адаптивність до виявлення deepfake-технологій, важливість відстеження плагіату, шифрування даних за стандартами приватності, захист персональних даних.
