The editorial policy of the "Otorinolaringologìâ" journal is grounded in the principles of transparency and fostering the scientific community.

• No Submission Fees: The journal does not charge authors any fees for submitting manuscripts.
• No Article Processing Charges (APC): Publishing articles in the journal is free of charge. The editorial board does not charge for peer review, copyediting, technical layout, or hosting materials in the journal's digital archive.
• Open Access: The journal follows the "Diamond Open Access" model. This means that neither authors pay for the publication of their research, nor readers pay for access to it. All articles become available on the website immediately upon the release of the issue.
• Funding Sources: All publication costs are fully funded by the journal's founders.
