ON THE 85th ANNIVERSARY OF ACADEMICIAN RICE KAZHENOVICH TULEBAEV

Abstract

This anniversary article is dedicated to the 85^th anniversary of the birth of the prominent scientist, Academician Rais Kazhkenovich Tulebayev. The paper highlights in detail his long-standing scientific, pedagogical, and public activities, as well as his fundamental contributions to medical science. Particular attention is paid to the professor's role as the founder of a unique research field – environmental otorhinolaryngology, alongside his significant achievements in reforming the healthcare system of Kazakhstan and training highly qualified scientific personnel.
