The clinical features, pathogenesis, and efficacy of local aerosol therapy using the Parisinus 2 inhaler for chronic sinusitis in children are discussed. The results of a clinical study involving 60 pediatric patients aged 7-14 years showed that therapy using the Parisinus 2 inhaler rapidly alleviated symptoms of inflammation, restored mucociliary clearance, and prolonged remission. This method was found to be safe, effective, and physiologically acceptable in children.
